    Hello, All. This is Dave Flores at 5703 Stony Run. Just looking for some feedback from the neighborhood on the quality of your internet connection. I'm with Comcast and finding frequent, sporadic outages mostly during working hours. It's been bad since we moved here 16 months ago, but it only seems to have gotten worse in the last few months. Makes it very difficult to work from home. My next door neighbor reports the same. Wondering if this a neighborhood wide issue, or is it just us?

    My Comcast service is pretty bad too. Years ago they were okay. Ever since net neutrality was in the news, the service has gradually gotten worse.

    It's been dodgy for years, but we're stuck because it's the only company that will come into the city, according to the new mayor.

    I tried Verizon once, but it was worse. So I ditched it after two days. A computer consultant I hired to set my system up said Verizon never should have sold me the service to begin with.

    I wish I had better news for you. My advice is to keep calling every time you have problems and persist in asking someone to come out to check. If we all do this, eventually they will tire of dispatching trucks out and possibly fix the node.
